Pediatric Dentist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Pediatric Dentist who is not only committed to delivering excellent care but also excited to be part of a team that grows together, celebrates together, and works toward shared goals.

At Houston Pediatric Dental Partners, we’ve built a reputation for gentle, relationship-based care — from infants to teens — and we’re continuing to grow. This role is ideal for someone who is both motivated and collaborative: a provider who understands the value of production in a healthy practice but never loses sight of the patient or the team behind every smile.

This is a single-doctor, single-hygienist schedule, 4 days a week (Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm). We’re growing — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.

Who You Are

• Pediatric Dentist (board-certified or board-eligible)
  
  
• Licensed or in-process in Texas
  
  
• Holds or is working toward:
• Nitrous oxide permit
• Enteral conscious sedation permit
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
  
  
• Passionate about full-scope care — including preventive, restorative, early ortho, and frenectomies
  
  
• Comfortable as the sole provider onsite — confident, self-aware, and proactive
  
  
• Able to advocate for your clinical decisions and represent the practice with professionalism
  
  
• Motivated to reach goals for the team’s success, not just individual performance
  
  
• Ideally located near Fulshear, Richmond, Katy, or West Houston

You’ll be the only dentist onsite, so this role requires someone who’s ready to take ownership of the clinical side — while the business side is fully handled by our management team. We’ve got your back — you just focus on great care.
